No date or product is secured until booking fee has been paid. 

 

25% of overall balance is required as a booking fee upfront to secure date. Then outstanding  balance is due 1 month prior to event.  

 

Failure to pay within these terms may result in booking not going ahead.

 

25% booking fee is non refundable

 

CANCELATION  POLICY :- MUST HAVE 4 WEEKS NOTICE BEFORE EVENT DATE TO CANCEL BOOKING, ANYTHING AFTER WILL RESULT IN FULL AMOUNT BEEN CHARGED. 

 

 

Example :- total balance is £300 , booking fee - £75 ( non refundable ) leaving outstanding £225 to be paid 1 month before event.
